Consulting Services
Consulting services, strategy sessions, coaching sessions, and scheduled appointments are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
If you need to reschedule a scheduled session, please contact us at least twenty-four (24) hours before your appointment whenever possible.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Sanders Management may, at its sole discretion, approve refunds or credits in exceptional circumstances.
Digital Products
Digital products include but are not limited to:

Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales of digital products are generally final.
